DTE Pressure Type Water Level Gauge

Water Level Transmitter
The pressure-type water level meter (DTE) converts the water pressure signal sent from the pressure-type water level sensor installed at the measurement point into a water level signal and outputs it externally as an analog signal. The water level value is displayed on an LED and also converted into a DC 4 to 20 mA analog signal and output externally. In addition, a limit alarm can be added as an optional function.

Measurement principle
The water level is detected as water pressure by a diaphragm pressure transducer at the bottom of the sensor. A pressure-receiving element whose resistance changes with changes in pressure is embedded inside the transducer, and this change in resistance is amplified as a change in voltage and output to the converter. An air tube is built into the sensor cable, and the transducer is compensated for atmospheric pressure. The water level voltage signal output from the sensor is processed by the converter as a measured water level, and the water level value is displayed on the converter and converted into an analog signal that can be output externally.
Sensor installation
The sensor is fixed using a special mounting bracket to prevent it from being affected by the flow velocity.
